You will also be responsible for

Leading and managing strategic relationships with local and international banks and FX providers across the North Cone, acting as EBANX’s key representative.

Identifying opportunities to optimize FX efficiency, cash flow, liquidity levels, and fund sweepings in partnership with the HQ Cash Management team.

Ensuring governance, internal controls, and full compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Conducting commercial negotiations to reduce banking fees, optimize FX spreads, and improve service quality.

Maintaining an in-country presence through regular visits and face-to-face meetings with banking partners.

Supporting Country Managers with a holistic banking and acquirer strategy, contributing to total COGS reduction.

Supporting commercial teams by explaining FX and anticipation offerings to merchants.

Partnering with HQ on capital structure strategies, including dividends, credit lines, and anticipation solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Cash Management, Treasury, Governance and regional Banking Operations.
- Advanced English and Spanish for effective communication with global and regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical profile, with solid communication skills, decision-making capability, and problem-solving orientation.
- Previous experience coordinating multicultural teams and operating across different Latin American countries.
- Ability to implement process improvements and automation, ensuring efficiency and governance in banking operations.
- Experience in fintechs, digital banks, or high-growth companies.
- Participation in banking integration projects, M&A audits, or the structuring of new legal entities.
- Experience with offshore operations and global treasury processes.
