PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or ITIL certifications considered an asset
8+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale enterprise IT or digital transformation projects
Hands-on experience managing technology implementations involving enterprise software vendors and systems integrators
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments preferred
Familiarity with data governance, data platforms, or analytics modernization projects preferred

Lead multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation abilities across all organizational levels
