Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical systems.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional on-site technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
- Document all service activities accurately.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices.
- Reliable transportation, Driver's License.
Preferred Technical Experience:
- PSA Platforms: HaloPSA or ConnectWise Manage
- RMM Platforms: ConnectWise RMM, Automate, or Datto RMM
- Documentation Tools: IT Glue or Hudu
- Security Tools: Email phishing simulation platforms and security awareness training
- Experience with workflow automation tools (PowerShell, scripting, APIs, etc.)
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
- Network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
- Virtualization technologies
- Cybersecurity best practices and compliance (especially healthcare IT)
- VoIP systems and telephony
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Others)
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, and networking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
