Lightspeed is looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to play a key role in guiding our high-value, strategic Hospitality clients through a seamless, successful implementation of our POS solutions. If youâre passionate about helping businesses unlock the full power of technologyâand love partnering closely with hospitality customers to deliver real impactâthis role is for you.
As a Strategic Implementation Consultant, youâll be the go-to subject matter expert who oversees all the phases of the implementation process for enterprise clientsâfrom outlining project plans to preparing users for go-liveâensuring every step is coordinated, supported, and optimized. Youâll function as a trusted consultant, applying industry best practices and tailoring recommendations to each customerâs unique needs to drive successful outcomes. Youâll also be instrumental in building strong, lasting client relationshipsâmaximizing customer satisfaction and helping clients get the absolute most out of their Lightspeed investment.
What Youâll Do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new and existing customers
- Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for strategic and enterprise accounts
- Plan, coordinate, and execute implementations, including go-lives, training, and on-site support
- Act as a trusted product and technical advisor, scoping solutions that fit customer needs
- Partner closely with Sales, Support, and CSM teams to resolve escalations and ensure success
- Keep customers engaged, transactional, and satisfied through proactive check-ins
- Create and maintain clear implementation and process documentation
What Youâll Bring
- Experience in customer-facing roles in a B2B environment
- Experience in Hospitality or project management skills
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and French
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of POS or SaaS platforms
- Understanding of SaaS customer lifecycle and sales processes
