The work:

In this role, you will serve as the overall GenAI Lead for the client account. Your responsibilities span both Delivery and Growth. This includes managing the program work with the client and defining the product vision. You will translate high-level mission goals into a concrete technical roadmap. Responsible for prioritizing the feature deciding when to release product capabilities, managing the backlog to balance the technical debt with innovation, and defining track KPIs for platform health, including monthly active users, speed to insight, compute efficiency, cost reduction, etc. 

You will manage onboarding and growth of the platform, ensuring the data and analytics and governance requirements. You will develop responsible AI Guidance, and workforce training, as well as technical workstreams – including the establishment of cloud environments, and the development of models for both prototyping, and eventual production implementation. You will drive the delivery of similar efforts in support of groups. You will also help drive the advancement of similar platform opportunities across the account, including growth opportunities at client projects – working to inform clients of data and analytics applications, scope, define, and sell projects to meet client demands, and grow the portfolio of delivery-oriented GenAI projects on the account.

Here's what you need: 

  • 7+ years of professional experience collaborating with stakeholders on business opportunities and defining AI project goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of developing and tracking KPIs for platform health, efficiency, cost reduction, etc.  
  • Experience developing and implementing generative AI solutions and techniques.
  • US Citizenship required.

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$146,100—$278,500 USD
