Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide comprehensive information about policy details, coverage options, and premium rates to customers.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
