We’re hiring a Director of Recruitment — a one-person talent function who can hold their own, move fast, and deliver high-quality hires without needing a team behind them.
- Own full-cycle recruitment (intake → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → close)
- Build pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, events, referrals, and outbound sourcing
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls
- Coordinate and drive interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer strategy + offer delivery and close candidates
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, funnel, source performance, quality of hire)
- Stay current on market and competitor recruiting trends
Requirements
- 3+ years recruiting experience (Tech / IT / MSP preferred)
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting
- Strong outbound sourcing skills (not just inbound applicants)
- Experience using an ATS and managing pipelines
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and execute fast
- Data-driven mindset and comfort owning recruiting performance
