Junior Platform Access Analyst
São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
The Platform Access Analyst is a critical role within the IT Service department, responsible for ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access management across all of Ebury's essential banking and trading platforms. This role is central to
maintaining operational continuity, adherence to internal security policies, and meeting regulatory obligations.
What You Will Do:
- Access Lifecycle Management (JML): Execute the complete Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) process across all Banking and Trading Platforms. This involves the timely creation of accounts for new employees, modification of access rightsl, and
prompt, secure deactivation of accounts for departing staff, ensuring zero tolerance for unauthorized access. - User and Platform Setup & Administration: Take ownership of the end-to-end setup for new users and the initial configuration of new platforms. This includes meticulous management of all associated procedural and technical documentation, the precise update of user accounts and entitlements within each platform's administration console, and the mandatory capture and management of required Anti-Money Laundering (AML) user documentation.
- Record Management and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date user access records for all Banking and Trading platforms. Ensure all access provision and modification activities strictly adhere to internal security policies and regulatory requirements, utilising Ebury’s designated tracking management and communication tools (e.g., JIRA) for transparent and auditable process logging.
- User Support and Process Documentation: Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with Banking and Trading Platform login processes.Provide clear, effective guidance and troubleshooting support, while actively contributing to and maintaining internal documentation of all platform administration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational resilience.
- External Provider Communication: Act as the primary liaison for all access-related inquiries and operational issues with Third-Party Platform providers, coordinating the resolution of complex access problems and ensuring external platform administration aligns with Ebury’s security standards.
- Periodic Audit and Control: Design and execute routine and ad-hoc internal audit controls over user access rights and permissions across all critical systems. Proactively identify and remediate potential security risks, ensuring the principle of
least privilege is rigorously applied and maintained at all times. - Incident Management and Reporting: Be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of all Banking and Trading Platforms Incidents related to user access, security breaches, or system failures. Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to document root causes and contribute to the implementation of preventative measures.
- Devices Inventory Management: Maintain a current and accurate inventory of all devices used for accessing critical platforms, including tracking assignment, status, and associated user details, to support security compliance and asset management
controls.

possessing the judgment to prioritise and re-prioritise workload in a dynamic operational environment. - Analytical Acumen: Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of diagnosing complex access issues, identifying process inefficiencies, and proposing effective, scalable solutions.
- Integrity and Compliance: Be a trustworthy and reliable administrator with an unwavering commitment to adherence to all internal policies, security procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Interpersonal and Support Skills: Display an empathetic and supportive demeanour when interacting with internal users, providing excellent customer service while maintaining security standards.
- Communication Proficiency: Fluent and highly articulate communication skills in English are essential, both written (for documentation and reporting) and spoken (for user support and third-party liaison).
- Adaptability to Environment: Proven ability to operate effectively and maintain composure and accuracy within a fast-paced, high-pressure, and highly regulated financial services environment.
- Platform Experience (Advantageous): Previous experience working directly with the administration and configuration of banking, payment, or trading platforms is highly desirable.
- Tool Proficiency (Advantageous): Practical experience with Google’s G Suite/Workspace productivity tools, JIRA, or other industry-standard ticketing and workflow management systems is a plus.
