As Supply Chain Analyst at HelloFresh you are a member of the Supply Chain Operations Team, responsible for owning the continuous improvement of our supply chain and the analysis of our core KPIs, including waste, production efficiencies and error performance. You’ll contribute to analyzing our supply strategy and planning, ensuring operational efficiencies and ongoing process improvements.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our strategic procurement, food safety and quality  to culinary and production teams.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of a true scale-up and part of the journey in growing HelloFresh in Ireland with a great team based in Dublin.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Work independently to analyze supply chain data and trends, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Food Safety, Culinary, Production) to support the continuous improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Monitor any deviations in forecasts, to identify potential implications for our ingredient's availability.
  • Analyse and act on any data trends within our supply chain.
  • Proactively eliminate supply risks and root cause errors through detailed analysis of datasets.

Our operations run seven days per week - you might take part in an on-call weekend rotation to support in case of emergencies.

Who You Are:

  • 2-4 years of experience in one of the areas of supply chain, operations, or procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to strive in a fast-paced operations environment, comfortable working with short deadlines solving operational issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, root cause and action plan inefficiencies in processes and systems by using a large set of data.
  • Strong and proven experience in multiple stakeholders management, with competing priorities.
  • Experience in leading projects
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Strong experience in analysing complex data sets using Excel/Google Suite
