Position Overview:
As a Guest Service Representative, you will serve as the vital link between our guests and our educational services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each visitor receives outstanding service, making their experience with us memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries, providing accurate information about our programs and services.
  • Schedule appointments for beauty treatments and consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details.
  • Address guest concerns and inquiries promptly, providing solutions and support.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required to support overall operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage varying responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
