Kickstart your career with Window Nation as a Lead Generation Representative in Warrensville Heights, OH starting at $18.25 per hour per hour with monthly bonus opportunities and pay growth after 12 months!

What You'll Do:

  • Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident 
  • Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments 
  • Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-centric office environment

  • Willingness to learn  
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to speak confidently with customers, while navigating a CRM system and entering data accurately in real time 

    • What You Need:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc. 

    • Schedule Availability:

  • Must be available to work four weekday shifts plus one weekend shift
  • Shift Days: Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat
  • Shift Hours: 12pm-9pm
  • Call center operating hours: M-F 8am-11pm, Saturday 8:30am-8pm, Sunday 9am-7pm
