General Laborer - Construction (1099 Subcontractor) na Grimaldi Property Management & Construction

Description

We are looking for a General Laborer for construction projects to work as a 1099 subcontractor. You’ll be on active residential and commercial job sites in the Greater Cleveland area, helping our crews with demolition, clean-up, and day-to-day construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform construction site demolition (removing drywall, flooring, fixtures, etc.)
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Keep job sites clean and organized (sweeping, trash removal, debris hauling)
• Go on material runs to suppliers when needed
• Assist carpenters, painters, and other trades with basic tasks and prep work
• Follow directions from the site lead and adhere to safety guidelines

Schedule:

• Typically Monday–Friday, around 6:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Occasional weekend work may be requested (rare)

Requirements

• Prior general labor or construction experience strongly preferred

• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, carrying, standing for long periods)
• Reliable transportation to various job sites and supply houses
• Dependable attendance and punctuality A MUST!
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
