Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the Ford brand—guide clients through a seamless purchase experience from hello to handshake and beyond.
- Build and manage your own book of business, farming leads, prospecting new opportunities, and turning satisfied buyers into loyal advocates.
- Master our CRM, appraisal, and service drive tools to ensure every client touchpoint is exceptional.
- Execute your own business plan while collaborating with the F&I and accounting teams to keep deals moving forward.
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, market trends, and inventory to always bring the best offers to the table.
- Meet or exceed performance standards in areas like CSI, vehicle delivery, finance product sales, and more.
