Naked Farmer is a farm-to-table restaurant serving seasonal vegetables throughout Florida. We are a multi-unit restaurant group looking to build on a culture of driven curiosity and ambitious innovation, finding and implementing new solutions to offer a simple, healthy, affordable meal. Our mission is to build a better food system by connecting farmers to the community. Naked Farmer is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our team. About the Role
At Naked Farmer, the Maitre D’ is the heart of the dining room: the warm welcome, the friendly, knowledgeable center, and the connector between our kitchen and brand and our guests.
This person owns the Front of House experience, ensuring every guest feels seen, cared for, and confident in what we serve. When the Maitre D’ is on the floor, the energy shifts, service flows better, the team feels supported, and guests leave remembering why Naked Farmer is different.
Our Maitre D’ isn’t just a greeter, they’re the curator of connection. The person who makes sure our guests don’t just eat Naked Farmer, they feel it!
This position has had a dramatic impact on guest satisfaction across Naked Farmer. where consistent leadership and engagement in the dining room have elevated the entire dine-in experience.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and menu in hand, setting the tone for their experience.
- Guide guests through our food and mission, explaining our seasonal menu and sourcing story in a clear, warm, and engaging way.
- Manage the dining room flow, coordinating seating, table turns, and keeping the guest journey smooth.
- Own table touches: refill waters, clear plates, reset tables, and ensure the dining room and patio stay spotless.
- Communicate with the Chefs: if a guest isn’t fully satisfied, connect directly with the Chef on Duty to resolve it in real time.
- Support the team during peak times by managing pickups, confirming to-go orders, and freeing up FOH and OLO team members to stay focused.
- Be the face of hospitality, ensuring our guests feel the pride, simplicity, and purpose that define Naked Farmer.
