POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), based remotely in Austria, to support our growing customer base and strategic partners across Europe on a contract basis. The successful candidate must be a native German speaker.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for onboarding and supporting clients, while also managing strategic partnerships and ensuring strong collaboration between external partners and internal technical teams. You will play a central role in turning client and partner feedback into actionable insights that guide product evolution and customer experience.

This position goes beyond traditional support, it sits at the intersection of AI innovation, client success, and strategic growth within the automotive technology sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth, successful start.

·         Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients (service, sales, and administrative leaders).

·         Manage strategic partnerships across Europe, ensuring alignment and shared success.

·         Act as the bridge between clients, partners, and internal product/technical teams ensuring feedback is communicated and actioned effectively.

·         Proactively manage client accounts, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for growth and product adoption.

·         Conduct training sessions, best-practice reviews, and optimization calls.

·         Collaborate with the development team to prioritize feature requests and resolve issues.

·         Support the rollout and adoption of the AI platform across dealership groups in Europe.

·         Educate clients and partners on AI-powered capabilities to drive engagement and confidence.

Requirements

·         2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or a similar client-facing role.

·         Native German speaker (written and verbal) with professional English proficiency.

·         Passionate about technology and AI, with a desire to contribute to an innovative, fast-evolving company.

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.

·         Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts and partnerships simultaneously.

·         Strong collaboration skills with both external stakeholders and internal technical teams.

·         Experience in SaaS, automotive retail, or technology support is highly valued.

·         Contract role, candidate must be legally authorized to work in Austria.

·         Fully remote position within Austria.

ADDITIONAL or PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Ability to lead end-to-end client onboarding processes.

·         Skilled in delivering client training sessions, best-practice reviews, and optimization calls.

·         Strong capability in managing and supporting partner relationships.

·         Comfortable acting as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal technical teams.

·         Aptitude for identifying opportunities to expand product adoption or drive account growth.

·         Confident working closely with development teams on feature requests and issue resolution.

·         Familiarity with technology-driven workflows and AI-enabled products.
