Job Summary:

The Golf Cart Valet is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of golf carts within the RV dealership. This role ensures an exceptional guest experience by assisting with golf carts, maintaining cleanliness and functionality, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services & Valet Duties:
• Deliver and retrieve golf carts for guests as needed.
• Provide instructions on proper cart usage and safety.
• Cart Maintenance & Safety:
• Inspect carts for cleanliness and operational safety before and after use.
• Perform minor troubleshooting (e.g., checking battery levels, tire pressure).
• Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
• Ensure carts are properly parked, charged, and ready for use.
• Maintain organization of the cart storage area.
• Dealership Support:
• Support the operations team in transporting guests, staff, or supplies.
• Uphold resort policies regarding golf cart usage.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in valet, transportation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience with safety responsibilities
• Ability to drive and maneuver golf carts safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
