As a Para Planner at Mission Financial Planners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisory team by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and assisting with client management. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial plans for clients.
• Conduct in-depth research on financial products, investment strategies, and planning techniques.
• Support the Financial Advisors in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Gather client data, calculate financial metrics, and develop financial scenarios.
• Prepare and organize meeting materials and documentation.
• Stay current with financial regulations, market trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2-4 years of experience in financial planning or related support roles.
• Knowledge of financial planning software; familiarity with eMoney is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• CFP designation or progress toward certification is preferred.
