Class A CDL Driver – Roanoke, VA $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Home Daily
We’re seeking dependable Class A CDL Drivers based in the Roanoke, VA area. This position offers consistent home time, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package. Drivers must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily. Candidates outside the hiring area should reach out for approval.
Description
- Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily
- Must live within the hiring area
- Required to unload freight using a powered pallet jack (training provided)
- Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays within your scheduled workweek
- Holiday weeks, including the week prior, are mandatory
- Operates 7 days a week, primarily overnight

- Home Time: Home daily
- Delivery Region: Dedicated deliveries to Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV)
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,450
- Annual Earning Potential: $75,000+
- Loads & Miles: Average of 4 loads per week / 2,000 miles
- Length of Haul: Average 490 miles per load
- Equipment: Slip seat

Pay Structure Experience-Based Pay:
- 0–12 months: $0.53 CPM
- 12–36 months: $0.55 CPM
- 37–60 months: $0.56 CPM
- 61+ months: $0.58 CPM
Additional Pay:
- Unload Pay: $55 per full unload
- Stop Pay: $20 per stop (including first)
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total

- 30 days: $500
- 60 days: $250
- 90 days: $250
- 120 days: $250
- 150 days: $250
- 180 days: $500
