Primary Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support and assistance to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat during their travel planning process.
- Offer insightful recommendations regarding travel packages, destinations, and accommodations tailored to client needs.
- Design customized travel itineraries that encompass clients’ preferences and budget considerations.
- Effectively address and resolve client issues and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective follow-ups and service continuity.
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination news, and company offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related role is strongly preferred.
- A genuine passion for travel and familiarity with diverse global destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to resolve client complaints effectively and provide tailored solutions.
