Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle features, pricing, availability, and technical support.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends to assist customers accurately.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and industry standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
