Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Program Management Office (PMO) team. The PMO Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in submitting purchase requisitions for various teams and projects within the Accenture Federal Services IT Department. This role requires someone who can efficiently manage multiple tasks with accuracy, works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and has excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit purchase requests and manage the life cycle of a purchase order
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices with the vendor.
- Collaborate with the Project team, Buyer, PO processing and Accounts payable to ensure goods are delivered in a timely manner and invoices are paid on time.
- Assist in performing routine monthly tasks, such as extracting high-volume of invoices for submission to accounts payable and reconciling payment each month.
- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement forecasting to ensure alignment between procurement spend and financial plans.
- Identify opportunities to enhance procurement processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all procurement actives.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related role.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Excel.
- Must be US Citizen.

- Knowledge of procurement processes and financial management.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
