This is a field-based role perfect for outgoing individuals who love independence and want to earn based on effort.

What You’ll Do:

• Go out into neighborhoods to introduce our services and connect with homeowners
• Set up roof inspections and explain how our process works
• Work directly with customers from first contact through job completion
• Help homeowners with documentation and insurance-related steps
• Build long-term trust and represent our brand professionally
  

What You’ll Need:

• Positive energy and comfort talking to new people
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and safely climb ladders
• Comfortable working at heights during roof inspections
• Must have reliable transportation
• 18 years or older
• Eager to learn and grow in a performance-based role
