Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and technical support.
- Process orders, manage account information, and handle returns and exchanges with accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product lines, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about biotechnology products and industry standards.
