Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Retail Assistant Manager position will have:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Experience with inventory management and sales reporting.
  • Proficient in cash handling and financial procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical requirements may include:
Being on your feet for long periods and lifting items weighing up to 30 lbs.
