In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our online community by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in Polish. Key Responsibilities
- Moderate and assess user-generated content in Polish to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies and guidelines.
- Identify and report instances of inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
- Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to enhance moderation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve moderation processes and practices.
- Stay updated on company policies concerning content moderation and community engagement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Sofia and immerse yourself in a new cultural environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
