Overview:

We are looking for a

 

Service Manager for Print-on-Demand (POD) & Office Printer (f/m/d)

 

to join our growing business division.

 

About the role:
  • Lead print-on-demand service operations with dual focus on service excellence and financial performance
  • Lead office printer (Device Technology) service structure set-up in line with the service strategy development
  • Ensure customer requirements are met profitably, efficiently, with a focus on building up scale
Responsibilities:

Core Accountabilities
• Financial Management
o Ownership of the Service budgeting & forecasting
o Cost control, margin optimisation, and ownership of the overall POD & Office printer Service P&L


• Operational Improvements
o Work closely with country operations to define appropriate service coverage approach
o Define the necessary service workflows for quality service experience
o Ensure quality insight and data in support of operational excellence

 

• Continuous Improvement
o Implement initiatives / workshops to reduce cost of non-conformance, improve productivity, and maximise efficiency

 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Align with marketing, sales, and supply chain team for strong purpose and seamless and effective service delivery
o Collaborating with business teams both regional and local levels, develop the service strategy of Office printer and its implementation following the directions from Headquarter in Japan

 

Strategic Impact
• Strengthen customer sales success and retention through compelling and reliable, high-quality service operation
• Drive financial discipline and operational efficiency within POD & Office printer service operations
• Enable scalable growth by aligning service delivery with business growth strategy

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the Digital Printing marketplace in both Production and Office.
• Experienced business developer with proven track record of building Service offers through different channels.
• Service management experience preferably across territories which includes multiple countries.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership or significant financial accountability

• Experience in leading cross function projects such as process transformations or technology integrations
• Demonstrated experience in data driven decision making, leveraging KPI’s and analytics to drive operations
• Proactive and flexible individual who has great interpersonal skills and desire to deliver exceptional results.
• Positive, dynamic individual who fosters strong relationships and a positive working environment.
