⭐ Role Overview

We’re looking for an analytical Billing Manager to lead and enhance our billing operations as we grow. You’ll tackle complex challenges, streamline processes, and create clear insights that give full visibility into revenue and billing performance.

Using Chargebee and Netsuite, you’ll drive smart workflows, improve data quality, and strengthen controls across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. 
You’ll also collaborate closely with our Commercial teams, providing insights that help shape business decisions while ensuring financial integrity and compliance across Europe and the US.

⭐ How will you make an impact?
  • Lead and coach the Billing team, fostering accountability, efficiency, and analytical thinking.
  • Keep billing running smoothly, accurately, and on time, while streamlining processes to make them easier and more efficient.
  • Manage all recurring and project-based billing in Chargebee and NetSuite, and improve workflows wherever possible.
  • Drive innovative, automated processes and ensure accurate revenue recognition for our SaaS business.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Support, and Finance teams to launch new products and campaigns seamlessly.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax/billing regulations in the US and Europe.
  • Build reliable reporting for revenue, billing KPIs, and Accounts Receivable, with strong data controls and audit trails.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize systems, champion automation, and create helpful guides and SOPs for the team.

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in billing, finance, or a related field and love making complex processes run smoothly.

  • Solid grasp of accounting principles.
  • You’re confident with Excel/Sheets.
  • Details matter to you, and you combine a hands-on approach with a mindset for improvement.
  • You’re a true business partner, communicating clearly and collaborating effortlessly with Commercial, Support, Product, and Finance teams.
  • You’re excited to make an impact, drive change, and help the team and business grow.


  • ⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?

  • Experience with US Sales tax and Europe VAT.
  • Experience with Chargebee and NetSuite
  • Experience with BI tools or SQL is an advantage.
