Training and Development Leader – Munich, GERMANY
Job description
As Training and Development Leader, you will be part of the local HR Team managing Germany. You will work closely with sites, being the central contact for training management and central training. You will participate in the development and fine tuning of site human resources through the implementation and running of training plans, recruitments and competencies management. The following will be you’re your missions throughout the V.I.E.
Training management:
- Provide orientations to build the site training plan in order to meet the technological and human
- resources, in line with the guidelines established by the Division
- Build the training plan (actions; time schedule, trainers, trainees and budget) based on the guidelines
and site triggers:
- Analysis of needs expressed by the various departments
- Site projects
- Training assessment
- Annual assessment review
- Progress plan
- Customer requirements
- Propose the best solutions according to training needs (internal/external training, choice of trainers,
teaching methods…)
- Source, select and evaluate external training companies
- Participating in the development of internal training modules (teaching objectives, content, evaluation
criteria) and prepare internal trainers (train the trainer sessions)
- Administrate locally, the LMS
- Implement the training plan, monitor, and evaluate the quality of each action, its relevance and
impact according to Division assessment procedures using Division/Corporate tools such as LMS
- Keep training tracking and any required evidence according to customer requirements and division
procedures
- Coordinate / provide Management Skill Training (Leadership, Communication, and Teambuilding) for
all supervision levels
- Lead the TPM training pillar on the site
- Participating in Orientation / Induction Process for new employees
- Follow up the training budget and alert in case of any deviation, source possible subsidies
- Follow up training indicators and make all mandatory reporting (legal, Division, Corporate)
- Set corrective actions if necessary
- Participate actively in the Division “training leaders” network
- Keep informed and used division training tools box
- Liaise with local universities, schools to source candidates, interns and apprentices and promote
“employer branding”
Recruitment/mobility:
- Follow up site internal mobilities, set according to training plan
- Participating in recruitment actions regarding MOD, technicians
- Set and run the site induction path for new recruits (in accordance with Division and “métier”
- requirements)
- Keep local JDs available and updated
Department activities:
- Propose internal HR procedures improvements
- Participate actively in the HR progress plan building and follow up
- May provide support to managers for team management
Profile
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a business school or university. As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).
You are a team player, a self-learner and have demonstrated some leadership. You have knowledge in Human Resources and especially in training management, ideally in a non.
You are open-minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career. You are organized and capable of working under specific targets and project deadlines.
Your English is fluent, and another language is a plus.
