SAIC is currently looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support our Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) team located in Lakehurst, NJ.
This is a remote position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides Program Analyst or Management support to Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) acquisition programs in the areas of budget, financial, project management and product sustainment.
Participate in program Working Groups, Program Management Reviews, and advise on technical, programmatic, and financial data calls
Consolidate cost/schedule/performance, requirements, objectives, and metrics associated with program objectives
Participate in the System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Act as a PM representative through program design phases including SETRs, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Change Implementation Boards (CIBs).
Support the NAVAIR change management process for development of ECP documentation
Develop Procurement Initiation Document and Contract Documentation Sections B-J IAW Uniform Contract Format (UCF)
Perform Agile project management emphasizing collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement
Prepare and draft correspondences. Correspondences will include but are not limited to naval messages, business letters, action item responses and project/program execution evaluations and status
Develop Power Point presentations for Program Management Reviews, NAVSEA customers, and additional support activities to include but not limited to ALRE Conferences, working groups and readiness reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and 9 years of experience; years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Resume demonstrates 7+ years of professional experience in the areas of Program Management, Acquisitions, and Configuration Management
- Experience with DoD form DD1692 and NAVAIR Instruction 4130 and Workbook
- Contracts Acquisition Experience
- Secret Clearance required

Ability to plan, organize and manage a comprehensive program involving many widely ranging and varied components of equipment, logistics, maintenance, training, etc.
Ability to interact with inter-competency teams to execute complex projects
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge and viewpoints.
