What you do:

• Support the Creative Services team by gaining an understanding of the Allianz brand, products, and audiences we serve
• Collaborate with the Creative Services team, and others, to develop creative concepts and execute those concepts through numerous deliverables, be able to present those concepts and the reasons why you feel they best fit the strategy
• Research and share design, digital, and social trends
• Update and edit materials based on team and partner feedback, using InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop
• Receive and provide feedback
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)

What you bring:

• Pursuing education in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Art Direction, Packaging Design, Interactive Media, Logo & Identity Systems, Brand Strategy, or related field
• Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite; mainly with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of print production, paper, process and PMS color systems, and file types
• Ability to work creatively and proactively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Solid interpersonal and listening skills
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.

Job posting range $20/hr - $24/hr

Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is not eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
