Our mission in Finance Transformation & Digital Innovation is to enable a dynamic and forward-looking Finance function, to deploy productive and compliant Finance processes, to contribute to a capable Finance workforce and to drive change to make the Finance and Tax organizations a strategic business partner.

As a member of the Finance Transformation & Digital Innovation team (part of Group Financial Control) and reporting to the Manager Finance Transformation and Value Stream Finance & Tax (Purchase to Pay), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic value, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the Finance and Tax functions of Tetra Pak. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing global processes, enabling digital transformation, and supporting the company’s long-term financial objectives.

What you will do
- Lead and develop a small high-performing team, providing clear direction, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver finance process improvements and legal compliance initiatives, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across units. - Drive integration, standardization, and optimization of end-to-end finance processes, serving as a subject matter expert in the area of Invoice Processing and Accounts Payable
- Oversee and guide the design and implementation of internal controls and secure the second line of defence activities across Finance & Tax; ensure control frameworks are effective, audit-ready, and aligned with group policies as well as supervise control enhancements, validate compliance, and provide final approval to support strong governance and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with Finance teams, offering guidance on process optimization and driving performance improvement through regular KPI tracking, execution of process reviews, active participation or leadership in transformation initiatives, and support for both internal and external audits.
- Lead the execution of medium to complex projects and close critical process gaps within Finance & Tax and related functions by applying strong finance expertise and business acumen.
- Lead the design, prioritization, and delivery of training materials, ensuring content is aligned with global standards, business needs, and system capabilities; review and sign off on final materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness in knowledge transfer.
We believe you have
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA or equivalent) are highly valued.
- 10+ years of experience within PtP (Purchase to Pay) Finance or Accounts Payable, including managerial responsibilities, preferably within the Tetra Laval group.
- Proficient in vendor invoice management, with strong skills in invoice processing, vendor reconciliation and accounts payable management.
- Experienced in payment processes, ensuring smooth and secure payment transactions.
Solid understanding of PtP (Purchase to Pay) control frameworks and compliance requirements, supporting audit readiness and process integrity - Familiarity with upstream PtP (Purchase to Pay) activities such as requisitioning, purchase orders, and supplier onboarding.
- A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to quickly understand complex issues and adapt in dynamic environments.
- High IT fluency, including hands-on experience with SAP Finance and other finance-related technologies.
- A deep understanding of accounting standards, process controls, and end-to-end finance processes, with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly in English (both written and verbal).
