We are seeking an energetic and mission-driven Marketing Communications Assistant to help elevate our outreach, strengthen donor engagement, and support community-based initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Assist with Marketing & Communications Campaigns: Support the implementation of marketing plans, outreach campaigns, and communication strategies that promote our cause and increase visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, HR, Program Teams, and Leadership to identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, and mission-driven growth.
Fundraising & Donor Support: Participate in marketing initiatives designed to enhance donor engagement, support fundraising events, and strengthen community relationships.
Content & Information Management: Help maintain clear communication across departments while assisting in the development of materials for donors, volunteers, and community partners.
Brand, Event & Outreach Support: Contribute to branding efforts, charity events, trade shows, community engagement activities, and promotional material creation.
Media & Public Relations Assistance: Support leadership in preparing success stories, community impact highlights, media outreach, and communication assets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
0–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit outreach, or related areas (paid training provided)
Basic understanding of marketing principles, including positioning, promotions, outreach, and market research
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and problem-solve effectively
Experience interacting with agencies, community partners, or marketing teams is a plus
