Role Summary

The role of the Receptionist is to be an efficient, friendly and informative first point of contact for clients and guests who visit or phone the organisation. The role has a real customer service focus towards both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that enquiries are appropriately managed. The role also provides broad administrative support to the various professionals who work within St Jude’s Health Care Services.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Welcoming and settling visitors to the office, create a welcoming atmosphere for office visitors
• Skilfully operate our phone switchboard, ensuring calls are expertly routed
• Fleet management, oversee the organisation's vehicle-related needs
• Managing of office operations, contribute to the seamless functioning of the office
• Support procurement activities
• Cultural ambassador, embrace and promote our organisation's values and culture!

Key selection criteria includes:

• Well presented
• Previous experience working as a receptionist is highly desirable
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook
• A police clearance within 12 months, or willingness to obtain one
• A NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
