The Industrial Hygienist leads industrial hygiene monitoring and health risk assessments across various facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards. Supports exposure control, training, and data management to improve health protection and operational efficiency. What you will do:

  • Assess workplace environments and processes to identify and evaluate health hazards in line with regulations and internal standards.

  • Plan and conduct exposure monitoring (e.g. air), analyze results, and recommend control measures.

  • Deliver training to raise awareness of occupational hygiene risks and promote safe practices among employees.

  • Maintain and update the exposure database to support risk assessments and identify trends.

  • Support and lead audits, prepare documentation, and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Stay updated on regulations and best practices through ongoing professional development.

  • Coordinate with QC to develop analytical methods and schedule timely sample analysis.

What we are looking for:

  • MS in Natural science, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry and Biology

  • Industrial Hygienist, SGAH certification will be an advantage

  • Min. of 5 years of professional experience in analytical chemistry or biology as well as in chemical or biological production

  • Strong process understanding in Biopharma manufacturing, with emphasis on cGMP, safety, and biosafety compliance

  • Proven ability to coach, present, and train across organizational levels to elevate skills and behaviors

  • Highly reliable, responsible, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to safety culture

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, supported by analytical thinking and organizational skills

  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities efficiently

  • Skilled in interpreting regulations and anticipating their impact on procedures and projects

  • Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and effective across diverse audiences
