Accomsure is the first Canadian full service Additional Living Expenses (ALE) Specialist. Accomsure manages the short term and long-term ALE requirements for policyholders allowing the policyholder the ability to focus on their basic needs while freeing up adjusters and Insurance Companies to focus on the claim.

 

We provide assurance and peace of mind for policyholders and adjusters during catastrophic events (i.e. Fire, Water, Flood damage), getting them back to normality as soon as possible.

 

Job Description: Account Manager – National Partnerships

Responsible for managing Accomsure’s national Preferred Partnership Programs and driving performance across key insurer relationships, this role is pivotal in achieving national claim goals and service targets while deepening strategic relationships with senior claims leaders and operational teams. 

The successful candidate will be a proactive, relationship-driven professional who can navigate complex partnerships, resolve issues effectively, and ensure that Accomsure delivers consistent, measurable value to its partners. 



Job Responsibilities:

Partnership Leadership

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for Accomsure’s national Preferred Partnership Programs. 
  • Strengthen executive-level relationships with insurers, brokers, and adjuster networks to drive mutual growth. 
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, share performance insights, and identify opportunities for collaboration and service improvement. 


 Driving National Partnership Performance

  • Lead efforts to achieve Accomsure’s national claim volume, conversion, and service delivery targets. 
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales leadership to align partnership performance with company objectives. 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels, ensuring regional teams are supported and accountable. 
  • Collaborate with Operations to support supplier negotiations that enhance service delivery, cost efficiency, and national program performance.

 

Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide detailed quarterly performance tracking and executive reporting to the National Sales Manager. 
  • Analyze trends across national accounts, identifying risks, opportunities, and best practices. 
  • Develop clear, actionable insights to strengthen partner engagement and operational efficiency. 

 

Problem Resolution & Customer Experience

  • Act as the first point of escalation for partnership-related issues, ensuring concerns are addressed efficiently through appropriate management channels. 
  • Work collaboratively with Operationsand Sales departments to resolve client concerns, strengthen communication, and reinforce trust. 
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts between partners, claimants, and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes. 
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term, sustainable solutions. 
  • Promote a customer-first culture that reflects Accomsure’s values of empathy, service, and accountability. 

 

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Accomsure’s Preferred Partnership framework. 
  • Partner with internal teams to improve workflow integration, service consistency, and client communication. 
  • Support the rollout of new initiatives, training, and best practices that advance partnership performance. 



Education & Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, partnership development, or claims operations within the insurance or property services industry. 
  • Deep understanding of P&C insurance claims processes, including ALE, restoration, or vendor management. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, executive-level relationships and deliver measurable results. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Proficient in CRM, data, and reporting tools (e.g., Hubspot). 
  • Must be based in Calgary, Alberta
