The opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Intern to join Harvard Business Publishing’s Global Support Services (GSS) team for a period of 6 months. If you’re passionate about business research, learning content, and client engagement, this internship offers hands-on experience in a global organization with meaningful learning opportunities.
This role provides exposure to multiple aspects of our global operations, including market research, content management, proposal development, marketing support, and client engagement, helping the intern develop a well-rounded business and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on topics such as Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Organizational Culture and summarize findings for business use.
Support the team in organizing and maintaining learning content (articles, case studies, videos, etc.) in our content management systems.
Help create and format client proposals and presentations using standard templates.
Assist with email campaigns, marketing initiatives, and data management using internal tools.
Support client operations for HBI Education, including course pack and simulation setups, faculty registrations, usage reporting and query resolution
Who Can Apply
Graduate or postgraduate students specializing in Business, Marketing, HR, or Communications.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with marketing or CRM tools is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment.
