Embedded SW Validation Engineer na Nxp

Job Description :

•            Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer engineering

•            Excellent programming skills in Python, Java

•            5 – 10 years of experience in embedded systems Domain.

•            Experience in embedded/Connectivity/Secure Payment

Transactions/Smart Cards/eUICC

•            Expertise in Python is a must.

•           Understanding of ISO14443 interface

•           Hands on experience with Oscilloscope, Battery sensors, logic analyzers

•           Desirable : Wireless charging solutions/Firmware level validation

•            Familiarity with interfaces like I2C/SPI/SPMI/Uart/I3C

•            Excellent problem-solving skills

•            Good communication skills

In this role of a senior software engineer you are expected to execute, analyze and deliver WLC based frontend solutions to customer. You will be responsible for raising issues, scripting for new features, validating Wireless charging Poller/listener and following artifacts with development teams bringing that to closure. You will also be developing scripts to validate several features required by customers.

The SW Validation Engineer is responsible for first establishing the writing test scripts at the block, sub-system or system level. Responsible for adhering to NXP standards including code review process as deployed by team members. Development of code and associated features is to be tracked with traceability matrix. Support for code integration, test and system validation acceptance testing and stress testing is required at every phase of development. Software Validation engineers use common development methodologies including Waterfall and Agile.
