Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-size and major companies
- Close service-based contracts aligned with Expleo’s commercial strategy
- Drive profitability and contribute to commercial goals with a proactive mindset
Recruitment & Team Building
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to select and onboard top consulting talents
- Build and manage your own team of consultants
Operational & Client Management
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of your portfolio
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners and clients
- Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality consultancy services
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Essential skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in consulting sales
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (Swiss German is a strong advantage)
- Proven success in business development within the Swiss market (2+ years)
- Sector experience in banking, finance, insurance, public sector, or IT
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Team player with a passion for networking and innovation
Desired skills
- Experience working with top-tier clients or government entities
- Familiarity with digital transformation and engineering services
