JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and organised Enrichment Talent & Guest Lecturer Coordinator to source, book, and  manage enrichment specialists and guest lecturers for our cruise programs. This role is key in curating high-quality educational, cultural, and recreational experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for identifying talent,  negotiating contracts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless delivery of enrichment programming across our fleet. 

KEY TASKS
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Managing budgets and profiling of all acts for our clients.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Enrichment Acts industry.
  • Develop strong working bonds with clients, artists, agents and venue management.
  • Liaise with the travel team in the coordination of Enrichment acts logistics.
  • Negotiate and process artist contracts.
  • Work with finance to ensure invoices are issued and paid.
  • Ensure collaboration and unity with the Agents Association and their Terms of Business.
  • Attend Showcases and Live Acts performances in the UK and Europe.
  • Maintain a database of approved talent, including contact information, expertise, and past performance.
  • Collaborate with entertainment, hotel, and shore excursion teams to ensure seamless integration of programs.
  • Monitor feedback from guests and onboard staff to continually improve enrichment offerings.
  • Prepare reports on booking schedules, budgets, and program impact.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate (PC and/or Mac), Proficiency in Mac OS, MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Methodical and accurate with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills essential
  • Experience in multi-tasking
  • Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline

Experience:
  • Experience within and knowledge of the Entertainment Industry is essential.
  • Previous experience in the cruise industry.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and contracts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of cruise operations and onboard entertainment logistics is a must.
  • Passion for cultural, educational, and recreational programming.
  • Ability to travel as required and adapt to varying schedules and time zones.
