We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle Applications DBA with 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Oracle E-Business Suite environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance tuning of Oracle Applications and databases, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) and Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c).
• Perform regular cloning of Oracle EBS environments and patch management.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including tuning SQL queries and managing indexes.
• Manage concurrent managers, workflow services, and application tier components.
• Perform backup and recovery using RMAN and other tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Applications and database performance.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to support application deployments and upgrades.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
• Automate routine DBA tasks using shell scripting or other tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Oracle APPS DBA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 architecture.
• Experience with Oracle Database 11g/12c/19c administration.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Forms/Reports.
• Good understanding of backup/recovery strategies and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
