Are you ready to make an international impact in sales? Hella Gutmann is looking for a motivated International Sales Manager (m/f/d) to lead our international sales teams to new heights. You will be the driving force behind strengthening our global market position and achieving ambitious goals.

DEMONSTRATE YOUR POTENTIAL AND JOIN US TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE DIGITAL WORKSHOP

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated international sales team. You will monitor progress and results, ensuring that targets are met
  • Initiate and oversee internal projects aimed at sales optimization, such as key account management and the implementation of new market strategies
  • Report directly to the CSO and work closely with him to define and realize Hella Gutmann’s future sales strategy
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor all sales activities
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen sustainable client relationships worldwide
  • Drive the strategic development of our international sales organizations
  • Participate in the further professionalization of internal structures and processes
  • Optimize sales processes and contribute to continuous improvement

  • A completed education in economics or engineering, complemented by relevant experience in sales management or sales strategy
  • Proven project management experience and skilled in applying project methodologies
  • A strong personality with persuasive power and leadership qualities
  • Ability to prepare decision-making documents in a structured and clear manner
  • Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Extensive experience in an international sales environment, preferably in the automotive aftermarket
  • Several years of management experience
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally
