Overview

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) to join our telecom engineering team. The role involves contributing to the development and optimization of telecom systems and applications, solving real-world network and infrastructure challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Ideal candidates are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of telecom software solutions and network systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality features.
  • Assist in optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability of telecom platforms and services.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and maintainable code.
  • Work on real-world telecom challenges such as network configuration, signaling, and data flow.
  • Engage in continuous learning and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, debug, and maintain high-quality software using Core Java.
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Handle end-to-end project modules with ownership and accountability.
  • Work with Linux server environments and execute shell commands for deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Use at least one IDE for efficient development and debugging.
  • Collaborate using version control systems like Git and manage tasks through JIRA.
  • Write and maintain shell scripts for automation and system operations.
  • Ensure code quality through reviews and testing, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Hands-on experience in writing, debugging, and maintaining production-level code.
  • Exposure to Linux command-line operations and scripting.
  • Familiarity with at least one integrated development environment (IDE).
  • Experience working with Git for version control and JIRA for issue tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of shell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
