Job Description:
Key Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in data visualization and market research.
- 4-5 years of experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain.
- Proficiency in SPSS, Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Dapresy, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven expertise in Market Research domain – understanding survey data, research methodologies, and MR-specific KPIs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in leading a BI/Analytics team, mentoring, and managing deliverables.
Role & Responsibilities:
- 1. Data Processing & Technical Expertise
- Handle and process market research data using tools like SPSS, Python, and SQL.
- Ensure data integrity, cleaning, and transformation for visualization and analysis.
- Collaborate with data teams to integrate survey and transactional data sources.
- 2. Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Dapresy, Tableau, Power BI.
- Work with designers to create intuitive dashboard design
- Apply best practices in visual storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
- 3. Business Analysis
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable data visualization solutions.
- Support UI designing and data mapping for visualization readiness.
- Work closely with researchers to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
- Customize visual outputs based on client branding and reporting standards.
- 4. Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of visualization specialists and data analysts.
- Allocate resources, manage workloads, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- 5. Project Management
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Track project milestones, risks, and quality metrics.
Must Have Skills:
- 7+ years of BI/Analytics experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
- Strong expertise in Market Research domain data and workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Dapresy or similar).
- Strong SQL and database skills (e.g., SQL Server, Redshift, MySQL)
- Experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain
- Experience in data modeling, ETL, and automation.
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience on data processing using SPSS/Python in MR domain.
Good To Have:
- Exposure to R for advanced analytics or automation.
- Familiarity with GenAI/AI-driven analytics in Market Research.
- Cloud data platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
