We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Communications team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple relationships simultaneously, and brings discipline and structure to a creative ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating influencer and agency collaborations across categories (smartwatches, audio, lifestyle), ensuring timely delivery of campaigns, maintaining quality standards, and managing influencer payments and documentation end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Agency Coordination:
Liaise with influencer agencies and individual creators as per campaign briefs and brand objectives.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee the complete influencer campaign lifecycle — from briefing and negotiation to content review, delivery, and reporting.
Negotiation & Budgeting:
Evaluate influencer proposals, negotiate pricing and deliverables, and ensure alignment with brand ROI expectations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure influencer content meets Noise’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual standards before approval.
Timeline & Deliverable Management:
Track progress of all ongoing influencer campaigns to ensure timely delivery and publication.
Payments & Documentation:
Coordinate closely with finance for influencer/agency payments, ensuring all documentation, POs, and invoices are accurate and on time.
Reporting:
Maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards for internal review and future strategy development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with Brand, Social Media, and Performance teams to align influencer campaigns with overall marketing goals.
