Quality Life Services - Chicora is looking to add a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to our team. As a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will be responsible for driving quality resident care, staffing, and business excellence.

Responsibilities

·         Ensuring quality and compassionate care of the residents

·         Review financial statements and monitor budgets and financial goals

·         Making financial and budgetary adjustments where necessary

·         Overseeing and managing facility leadership and staff, delegating responsibility and tasks as necessary

·         Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing facility

·         Monitor staffing needs and ensuring state requirements are met

·         Promoting a positive work environment and motivating staff to provide and exceptional experience for residents

·         Enforcing company and state policies and procedures and handling disciplinary action as necessary

·         Developing community reputation and relationship for staffing and census purposes

Requirements

·         Current Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license 

·         Working knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding the healthcare industry

·         Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
