1. 3-5 years of Work experience with Office365, MS Exchange, Mail Flow 
2. Worked on o365 Migrations (Knowledge on Migration)
3. Good to have knowledge or Experience on SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams

Certifications:

1. Office365, MS Exchange Certifications
2. ITIL Certification

Required skills – L2 (in addition to the above):

1. Demonstrated interpersonal skills including communication, mentoring, coaching, and the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
2. Ability to work with minimal supervision. 
3. Ability to lead/guide L1 (technically and process wise)
4. Ability to learn new technology quickly.
