The client operates in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and Uganda.
They are hiring a Chief Commercial Officer based in Lagos, Nigeria, to lead the next phase of client’s commercial growth. The focus for this role is clear: drive sales, grow revenue, and build the strongest commercial team in Nigeria, while laying the foundation for scalable, Pan-African growth.

Job Description:What You’ll Do:
Lead and Scale Sales: Own all revenue targets for Nigeria and drive consistent double-digit growth across the client ’s digital media, branded content, and influencer marketing products.
Build a Winning Sales Organization: Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing commercial team with clear KPIs, strong pipeline management, and client retention.
Expand Key Accounts: Develop and execute key account strategies across FMCG, Telco, Finance, Fintech, Crypto, Betting, and Entertainment sectors.
Launch and Monetize New Products: Identify, refine, and scale client ’s hero products — including new digital formats, branded content, experiences events.
Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the CEO and regional counterparts to shape the client's broader Pan-African revenue strategy.
Partnerships & Representation: Be the face of the client in Nigeria’s media, brand, and agency ecosystem — driving major pitches, events, and strategic collaborations.
Qualifications:

Proven ability to build and commercialize digital media products.
Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, audience engagement, and monetization models.
Strong networks within the Nigerian and broader African markets.
Understands client needs and can build effective, scalable solutions.
Bonus: Expertise in betting, crypto, or fintech is a plus.
