About the role
Fixed Term Contract
As R&D Project Manager, you will lead product development projects from concept to market launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across R&D, Marketing, and Supply to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You’ll manage timelines, resources, risks, and communication with stakeholders.
Your responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of new and existing products
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments
Manage project documentation, timelines, risks, and budgets using PPM tools
Track progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks when needed
Communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management
Support decision-making through clear reporting and risk assessments
The experience we're looking for

Degree in science, engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in FMCG product development
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with PPM tools and cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally
The skills for success
Experience in laundry or home cleaning products
Ability to manage complex projects and influence across functions
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Understanding of regulatory, sustainability, and quality standards
