About the Role

As an Associate Brand Manager, you'll drive the execution of brand strategies and plans across key markets (Colombia, Peru and Costa Rica). This includes managing end-to-end touchpoints, such as marketing campaigns, brand activations, media, and the 6P, while adapting strategies to regional business dynamics and opportunities.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Brand Strategy: Assist in creating and executing brand growth initiatives to meet short and long-term business objectives in designated countries.
  • Manage Go-to-Market Campaigns: Coordinate internal/external teams to execute brand campaigns, align messaging, and produce/distribute Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials.
  • Ensure Omnichannel Brand Experience: Implement consistent, high-quality omni-brand experience plans with cross-functional teams and distributors.
  • Monitor Brand Performance and Insights: Analyze sales, volume, market share, and competitive data; monitor brand representation; and develop plans based on product/competitive understanding.
  • Facilitate Distributor Engagement: Conduct regular meetings and calls with key country distributors to review products, launches, and plans.
  • Manage Pricing and Profitability: Monitor retail prices and create analyses to ensure portfolio competitiveness and maximize profit (Revenue Growth Management).
  • Control A&P Budget: Plan, control, and monitor the brand's Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring correct management and compliance with policies.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing 

  • Proficiency with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets
  • Key involvement in Business Analysis, Marketing Plan development, and cross-functional project management

  • Intermediate-Advanced level of English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in FMGC (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) or Pet industry

  • Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration and influence ability

  • Creative thinking and analytical skills
