Job Summary:
The Education department in Regis College, one of three colleges at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, is seeking Affiliate Faculty to teach on a per credit hour basis for specific classes, dependent on student enrollment. The Affiliate Faculty member will facilitate learning for practicing teachers on the basis of adult learning principles.This opportunity is restricted to qualified candidates within the Cherry Creek Cohort.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The Affiliate Faculty member will facilitate classes in the semester, 8-week, and/or intensive formats.

Aligning content in classes consistent with the school and department policies
Providing instruction in assigned classes consistent with the learning objectives of the course syllabus
Being available to students in assigned classes to provide academic support
Effectively utilizing Regis technology systems to provide timely feedback for students on course learning/work
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in the field of Education
6+ years of experience as a school administrator (Principal or higher)
Preferred Qualifications:
Current principal’s license and significant recent K-12 leadership experience
Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
Online teaching experience

Benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
